Your requests are proxied through GenExpert Proxy server. Your API key is encrypted on client side and decrypted on GenExpert Proxy server. The Sole Purpose of this proxy server is to hide and secure your API during a HTTPS network request. This proxy server acts only as a bridge between your browser and Openai Servers. We are soon going to opensource our proxy server code for Transparency.
However, please be aware that no data transmission over the internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
