1. Refund Policy

All purchases from Genexpert.io are eligible for a refund within 15 days of the transaction. If the product does not meet your expectations, please get in touch with us for a full refund.

2. Terms of use for License Key

Every license key bought from Genexpert.io is unique to the buyer and shouldn't be shared. The purchased key, valid for life, can be used indefinitely for GenExpert.io .Even though updates and new features will normally be offered at no extra cost, we reserve the right to charge for specific upgrades if needed.

3. Device Usage

Each license key allows usage on five devices simultaneously, typically enough for one user. Should you need to extend usage beyond five devices, additional keys can be purchased or more devices added to your current key. Remember, each device equals one use of the key. If you've maxed out device usage and need to add a new one, you can disconnect an old device via the License Manager.

4. Changes to the service

Over time, Genexpert.io's features may undergo changes which could include adding or removing features, altering the list of free and paid features.
